300mcg and still have 12.9 tsh level

my tests came back and my tsh level is 12.94,antibodies are at 3894 and i'm on 300 mcg of
levothyroxine. whats the deal

do you ever feel normal again? Taking my synthroid and have'nt felt normal for years

I do take the levo on an empty stomach every morning. The t3/4 tests are free levels. I also take 5 to 6 10mg tabs of hydrocone a day. Maybe that is causing a problem. I just wondering what these test
mean.

It could be an absorption problem. Are you taking med on empty stomach? Taking other meds/vitamins/supplements within 4 hours of levothyroxine? Is it generic or brand name?

What does your doctor say? Are the t3/4 free levels or total? You really need free t3/4.

My t3 is normal at 2.9 and t4 is normal at 7.1. what do ya think might be wrong?

You need the FT3 and FT4 blood test  to see the details..
