Your Tg is good but you need to be off meds and hypo for a proper reading (with an suppressed TSHPituitary and tsh Tsh your Tg can be suppressed too). Check with your endo and ask about Thyrogen shots and an uptake scan to see if the nodule is reactive for papillary carcinoma. If your Tg climbs above 2 while off of suppression then they start suspecting a recurrence.
