Adderall's effect on test results?

I take 30mg of adderall (adderrall)  and 300mg of wellbutrin daily.  What effect if any would taking these meds have on 1) my test results and 2) my hypo symptoms?  I have many of the hypo symptoms (cold intolerance, low body temp, hair brittle, hair loss, constipation, extreme fatigue, sleep problems, etc).  My blood work was as follows:

FT4 1.03
TSH 2.00
Thyroglobulin AB <20
Thyroid Peroxidase AB 86.5

MCV 100
Folate 17.4
GFR 80.1

Everything else was with in the normal range.  Thanks for any information you can give me.
