adrenal symptom are very closely to the same as thyroid symptoms.
you would need to have adrenals tested to rule out the symptoms between adrenal and thyroid.
panic attacks are associated to thyroid and many have it and experience the attacks.
suggest to go on antidepressants or anxiety meds, until you get through this stage of thyroid and your levels are normal and stable. I am on anxiety meds. myself.
October is breast cancer awareness month.

i never had problems before thyroid either. I fought taking antidepressants/anxiety meds for a few years, but glad i broke down and now am taking the anxiety meds. because it has saved family and friendships. right now anxiety meds. are my security blanket and one day I'll be secure enough to stop them. Its not forever.
you will be ok with them.
Good luck.
