Your TSH should stay below 1.0 for cancer patients (you're isn't concerning but should still be suppressed). Thyroglobulin (tg) should be <.2. After your dosage increase you will need to have labs redrawn (usually 6-8 weeks after the new dosage) to see if both levels have come down a bit.
Nothing really to be concerned about. It's when you start having a climb in both levels (despite being on a stable dose of levo) that is a warning sign.
