BTW: the headache could be from the hormone dump, the muscle strain, or from the calcium problems.

Parathyroids (you have about 4 of them normally - some more, some less) control calcium absorption in your body. That cramping in your legs is a sign that you are having calcium problems. Take some calcium, with Vitamin D immediately! Take double the recommended dose.
If the pain/cramping gets worse, you start having heart problems, you become numb on your lips, hands, or feet, or your hands/legs completely cramp up have someone take you to the ER immediately.

Having problems like this after TT is quite common. Parathyroid glands do not like to be disturbed and really act up after many TT surgeries.
