I have been written up for "mouthing off" at work. I know it is my thyroid, I am taking the meds, but I have been given my last chance letter. Thyroid is sky high, I have explained this to my supervisor and the president of the company.

Your FT4 and T3 are both very high, as you said. Unfortunately, that's a total T3...your doctor should be testing FT3.
Are those labs from before you went on meds or since starting? If they're current, do you have pre-meds labs? If I understand correctly, you've only been on meds for a week??? Have they helped at all?
