Always warm

Im not particularly sure which topic to put this under because im not sure if i even have anything

basically i am a healthy individual, 18 years of age

i always seem to be a LOT warmer than everyone else at any time, and i always end up thinking of how warm i am and sweating, now this isent terrible sweating, just under the arms, and then through my face, but no-one else seems to get this, i think its paritally nerves but i also think it is something else, as i sit there, get hot - even when im sat on my own sometimes with no-one around, and i just get a sudden rush of heat and sweat for about 2 minutes and then i return to normal. Another 10 mins to an hour and ill have another rush of heat and again after 2 minutes i wil have cooled down.

This has really baffled me, i try to avoid sugar and that doesent seem to be making any difference.
My adams apple is slightly larger than most people but i have a small neck and it doesent seem to protrude that much bit its certainly not hidden.

The other weird thing is, when i workout im even warmer the next day or on the day, of the day after etc until i stop training (weight lifting)

i believe you are having either hot flashes (the one that goes away in two minutes) or the high metabolism that causes the heat sensations you are speaking about or both.
I have hyperthyroidism and I have both of these. The heat is always embarrassing because as a female you are not suppose to perspire as much as a male and there are just certain t-shirts i cant wear anymore. I wonder though if you feel it specifically in your stomach like i do. I mean i feel it everywhere but there is a specific burning that is unique the my abdominal region especially when sitting down... does this sound familiar?

I just read your post and these are unusual symptoms for an 18 year old to experience.  You should probably see a physician and have a blood work up for starters.  A hormone imbalance could be an issue but I wouldn't want to just speculate.  Again, I would recommend seeing a physician.

You should go to doctor and get full panel blood test.  Have them include DHEA, B12, Vit D and cortisol on top of checking for thyroid levels.
