Annual WBS results

Just got from the endo.  Good news is all my scans came back clean, so it looks like I'm cancer-free.  I would be doing the happy dance, but I'm too dam tired to really care.  Sad isn't it!  Doc ask me how I was feeling and I told her about the extreme fatigue I've felt for a long time.  I asked if there could be other  causes besides thyroid history and the menopause.  Her theory is I'm depressed and Effexor (taking for hot flashes) isn't working. So she is putting me on Cymbalta.  Yippee!!!! Another drug to experiment with.  At this point I would take hot flashes if I could just get some energy back.

I'm really happy you had a cancer free screen.  I like Lexapro if Cymbalta doesn't work out.

Let us know how the Cymbalta goes!   (Man, I typed "hot flashes" instead of Cymbalta then had to re-read it 'cause it didn't look right.  Guess that's one more thing for the "You know you have thyroid problems . . . " list).  :-)
