Another Nodule question

The ultrasound on the largest nodule (which is still relatively small at 1.5-1.7 cm) shows it is part cystic and solid with some obvious very "busy" vascular architecture inside.
That can be a sign of "more concern" right?

Thank you.

HI, I am going for a nucular test in March for a nodular on the left side of my thyroid.  I must be off meds they say for 6wks.  It has taken 1yr. to loose the wt I put on from my Hypo problem. does any one know the side effects of going off for that long.  It is hard to get any ans. from the Dr.  Also my Peroxidose test from a yr ago has come down to 398 from 889. So glad I found this site.

It could be.  Sorry.

Part cystic and part solid is "complex" and is the most suspicious kind.  That's the kind that held my little "friend" of papillary carcinoma.  The vascular activity isn't good either but you will never know for sure until that thing is hauled out and biopsied.
