I'd like to add some natural stuff sold in health natureNature-throid Natures tears stores to my regular Armour medication, but some one I know told me it's not a good idea to combine both. This person is not a thyroid expert so I'd like to see what people here recommend!
I always believe in keeping it as simple as possible..including eliminating all non-essential drugs and supplements. If your thyroid meds aren't adjusted properly, work on that. If they are, don't rock the boat.
Barb: nothing in particular, except for Rhodolia, which is an herb that supposedly gives you extra energy, something I often need.
I was just curious, I had spoken in the past with a former colleague and she was alternating Armour and some natural stuff so I was wondering it would be an idea to follow her steps, but I guess not! I'll keep taking my Armour for now.
