Soy is a well known no-no for thyroid issues. It tends to upset thyroid levels and can aggravate the situation.

I wouldnt touch it myself.
I am super sensative to everything I put in my mouth lol....so when I feel hypo, I eat a can of tuna.
This takes away the hypo symptoms within an hour or so.
May not work for everyone but does for me.
Worth trying.
