Anyone have thyroid goiter and earaches?

I am seeing a ENT next week..hoarseness, fatigue, headaches..I read a lot of old posts from 2013 and was saddened by so many going through this..First i want to say the routine blood tests they do to check for thyroid issues are not at all helpful. I will be posting the outcome of my dr. visit next week. I wont stop until I have the answers I deserve! It will probably take more that one doctors opinion. I hope not but I too seem to have problems getting a doctor to listen. I am at the end of my rope with all this, I matter, and I will find answers. i will post more when I do in hopes to help someone else...

AS you are obviously aware having thyroid tests that are within the so-called "normal" range does not mean that all is well.  The ranges are far too broad, due to the erroneous assumptions used to establish them.  Plus, there are many other variables that can affect tissue thyroid levels and effects.  I think you will find the following link interesting in that regard.  You can also use the paper to try and get your doctor on board with clinical treatment, rather than just biochemical testing compared to faulty reference ranges.

If you will post your thyroid related test results and reference ranges and also tell us about all the symptoms you have, we will be glad to assess your status and get you better prepared for the ENT appointment next week.
