You can also call RLC labs and they will give you locations on where to buy your NT so you don't become frustrated.
I too switched from Armour to NT and really--- it is a better stabilizer - in my opinion - for thyroid than the new formula is w/Armour.
Actually looking back when I was on the old Armour - I even feel I am achieving better result now with NT than I did previously too.
Thank you both for your comments. I just discovered this community and the information and friendly comments are wonderful. I am actually on Naturethroid, not Armour, and have just started to split the dose, and to take it 1/2 hour after breakfast and 1/2 hour after lunch. And I have started taking my Unithroid mid-morning away from food - instead of right after my coffee like I was doing. So I will see what differences this makes. I am on 1 1/4gn Naturethroid and 25mcg Unithroid.
I was having to get my Naturethroid at a specialty pharmacy, but have recently discovered that Target carries it, and the price is much less.
No meds - dry test and do your tests as close to the same "time" everytime as you can.
Tracking is much easier for you and the doctor on dosage changes.
Do not take your meds right before bloodwork. Delay until after testing. It makes a significant difference, especially on Armour. I was unaware of this until my last tests. It reflected a big drop in the result for FT3, of 1.3.
