Armour question

On the Armour health page it states the following recommendation for taking armour.

"Spreading the med through out the day using the larger dose as the first AM dose. then again 4 hrs later."

My question is this. If you take your first dose at 7am, and the second four hours later (11am), you are finished with your medication for the day. That means for the next 19 hours you are not taking medication. Isn't that too much time between doses? I just assumed you would take one dose at 7am and the other at 7pm, thereby spacing a consistent 12 hours between dosages. Can anyone shed some light or explain the rationale behind the health page recommendation. How do you take your armour?

Interesting stuff. I don't remember the endo talking about any of this when he told me he thought he should put the radioactive treatment to my thyroid. I guess he forgot.

There is Cytomel. Which is a T-3 medication not a supplement. But as im sure you know you can just cant take as much of the stuff as you want to feel better. It has to be monitored and regulated. To much or to little and you would feel really bad.

T3 obviously seems to make all of us feel better. Is there just a T3 supplement?

T-3 only last for a certain amount of hours. If you took the 2nd dose at night the t-3 u could have used during the day will be lost in your sleep.

I take my first dosage when i get up in the morning....I then take second dosage anytime from noon to 3:00. If I am going to be out and about late in the day then I take it more towards 3:00, that way I have more T3 active while I am active.
Each person is an individual with this....I would suggest to play with it and see what works best for you. You want to T3 to be actively higher during the day...unless you were taking a time release form.
