Arthritis and Hash.

I have Hash's and believe I have had arthritis since an early age. I remember being 10 and crying because my knees hurt all the time. My parents told me it was growing pains..........well they never left. I know have it in my hip, knees, and one side of my hand-- usually only when the pressure changes. They tested me for RA and few years ago and told me it was negative.

Do any of you have this though.........my hands and feet hurt, feel tight, and somewhat weak.  No redness or nodules though.........just wondering.

How are you being treated for Hashi's?  What meds are you on and what dosage?  Also please post your actual thyroid test numbers and ranges.

Hi, Hashi's often does go along with many other auto-immune diseases, especially those which are also listed as rheumatology. I personally have just developed Sjogren's Syndrome too which is an auto-immune rheumatology disease. Yet all my other tests for RA etc. were negative. It took 2 long yrs to get a proper diagnosis. Could you post any other symptoms you may have alongside the arthritic pain and maybe we'd have a better idea how to answer.
