My doctor gives me a prescription for B-12 injections to do at home. I pick up the full year at the pharmacy at once for about $6 (after insurance).
Thank you I will check to see if they ran a B-12 test on my last set of bloodwork
That would depend on if you had blood work for B-12 def,,and if you B-12 level was low,,mine is and always has been,,dont take a pill for it,your wasting your money there, have your Doctor give you the shot which last for a month at a time, and is only about 10 dollars, the pill will not absorb fully, and go right through you..There is a nasal form but it is taken thrught the nose once a week, but most insurance companies will not cover it,and it runs about 200 dollars,,WoW right,,But you pain can be from other forms of Vitamin Def,,Magnisium is good for muscle aches..
