Both your creatinine and sodium are high. High creatinine indicates a possible kidney issue.
High sodium level is hypernatremia and indicates an electrolyte imbalance. Do you have potassium results, as well? You may need further testing to determine the cause of your high levels.
Low luteinizing hormones may indicate a pituitary or hypothalamus issue. Further testing may be required.
Your TSH is great, but your FT4 was WAY too low. I understand why your doctor prescribed 100 mcg synthroid, but I still contend that's too much to start with.
What prompted the dx of sarcoidosis? It's most common in African Americans, but it often has no symptoms. I'm not sure if the high creatinine and sodium could be connected to that or not, but it would seem likely. Ask your doctor.
CREATININE .5 - 1.2

I understand treating you with the synthroid, and Androgel, but what's the pred for?
Be aware that 100 mcg synthroid is a very large starting dose. You might want to split the pills in 1/2 for a week or two, as it's usually best to start at a much lower dosage to make sure you tolerate the pills properly. Additionally, it's very possibly that there's a lower dose that might work for you. Are you scheduled for new blood work in approximately 6 weeks?
As requested, please post the reference ranges, as ranges vary lab to lab and have to come from your own report.
Could you please repost with the reference ranges that were provided with your lab levels. Ranges vary from lab to lab. Thank You Ftb4
