Best Way to dose Armour on 120

Whats the best wa y to dose Armour? on 120  what splitting of doses makes you feel best?

thanks ill try it. so like 2 grains in the morning 1/2 4 hours later and 1/2 2 hours later? that sound good?

A higher bump in the morning and then 1/2 of the other 4 hrs then the last half again 2 hrs later.

taking 1 and 1/2grains at 6 am.... 1/2grain at 11 am    ....1grain at 4 pm. .. up to 180 Armour now.    seems to help

I'm taking two grains of Armour, which is 120 mg.  I think that is what you are taking also.
I followed the suggestions from Forum members and split my dose in half and take one grain in the morning and the other about mid-afternoon.
