Hi friend, have your doctor test A1c & HbA1c, most physicians use this test to determine diabetes control.
From my experience, if your level is 115/141 two hrs after sugar intake, this indicates pre-diabetes. 30 min - 1 hr workout on treadmill daily, will help levels stay in check without meds. Good luck :)
