Blood work - symptoms

Hi, new here.. My blood work shows low t3 and norml high end t4 .. I also have a  high thyroid antibody test result suggestive of Hoshi.. had an ultrasound done as well. I suffered with racing hart rate, feeling dizzy and faint, weak, numbness, COLD and then I began having memory issues and black outs.. had an mri of the brain and eeg (all norm) and now I find myself hot.. its like I go back and forth, is this normal?
