CALCIUM-CITRATE FOR RACY HEART?

Hi,

I had some discussion a few months ago on the board about taking calcium-citrate for heart racing or palpitations and just wanted to refresh my memory. I just had Cytomel added to my Synthroid and don't want to get heart racing if I can help it. I just started yesterday, and was so nervous with my thyroid situation and my doctor's appointment on Wednesday, that I did have a racing heart, but think it was from nerves mostly. I remember some discussion about taking calcium citrate to help with this - or to prevent it from happening. Could someone refresh my memory? How much and when to take it? I think it might have been Stella and some others who recommended it. Please let me know and I will start taking it.
