I would say that you may be dealing with thyroiditis, where the thyroid sputters in and out of hyperHyper-sal and hypo activity. I would be curious to know your levels and symptoms
Are you on thyorid meds? If so, for how long? What meds?

Its called 'crossover' symptoms.
.....your FT3 is a little high and your TSH a little high.
We really do need to know your FT3, FT4 and TSH.
