You can go to where you got the CT scan and ask for a copy of the report. Just tell them you've spoken with the Dr. already if they give you a hard time. I do this all the time.
I, too, have kidney stones so I know just how you feel and where you are at right now.
You're much luckier than I. My first stone was 9 mm. My f/u CT scan shows a NEW one thats 11 mm in size. ACK. So...off for yet ANOTHER CT scan. yuck.
On a good note, the dr. said I could stay on the 2x day instead of 3x a day on the methimazole. I'm so happy! My BP was 124/78...thats lower than what its been and he said it will come down more. YAAAY!!! He said I looked "a lot better" today (what was wrong with me before??) and asked about my heart racing. I said it had REALLY calmed down. Now to see the endo next week. BUT thats a whole NOTHER POST...keep on the lookout...
All kidding aside, you'll be in my prayers!!
Love Venora

Are you in renal colic or followup for known stones? Mine are small enough the do pass ..... my last CT in March was great news .. only a 2mm was left in the kidney and a 1mm was causing all the pain as it was stuck way down low and eventually passed so size means nothing for pain dept!!!!
Pls. let us know how things go ..... you can even start a new thread to catch our attention or send me a message .. I am concerned, too.
