Can Someone Please explain ultrasound results?

"A large isodense mass with a markedly nonhomogeneous echo pattern with multiple areas of irregularity was seen occupying almost the entire right lobe. This mass measures 4.8cm x 3.2cm. Left lobe is markedly nonhomogeneous but no discrete masses seen."
What is isodense - what is nonhomogeneous?
