Can anyone interpret my USG report?
Liver is enlarged, measures 20.1 cm in carcino-caudal axis with diffuse mild fatty parenchymal echoes. Multiple non homogenous small hypoechoic nodules of various sizes are seen in both lobes of liver with well defined margins and no internal calcification or vascularity, largest nodule measuring 1.8* 1.6 cm - suggestive of Multiple Metastatic Nodules. No intrahepatic biliary dilatation is seen.
IMPRESSION:

Multiple metastatic nodule in both lobes of liver.
Hepatomegaly with diffuse mild fatty changes.

This is a thyroid community; you might have better luck asking questions about liver function on the Liver Disorders Community, which can be accessed via the following link:

Good luck
