Can you be both hypo and hyper at the same time

My TSH is 0.02 and I'm being told I am hyperthyroid.  I also tested positive for the thyroid antibodies.  I had a thyroid ultra sound that said I had a multinodular goiter.  I also had a thyroid scan and radioactive thyroid uptake test.  Nothing was noted about the nodules, so I'm assuming they are ok.  The uptake test results show hypothyroidism.  Question:  How can I be hyperthyroid and hypothyroid at the same time?

Are you taking any thyroid meds?  If so, which and how much?

Which antibodies did you test positive for? TPOab?  TGab?  TSI?
