As we all know taking thyroid meds in the morning can be a hassel timing wise to get out the door without starving. Some people set the alarm, take meds, go back to sleep. Wow , If I did that I would just lay there, not sleep, you are lucky if this works!
I just discussed this with my doctor last week. He said that the little bit of calcium that you get in the AM (milk in cereal, coffee etc) is too small to make any difference. What you don't want to do is take the supplements w/in 4 hours.
