Central Hypothyroidism

Dr. Lupo;
I have been diagnosed with central hypothyroidism. I have found a great Doctor who is working to get my Free T-4 in normal range but I am still concerned about persistant symptoms such as fatique, weight gain, constipation, hair loss, depression, hoarseness and now a persistent headache banding around the back of my head x 7 days. Is there anything else I should be doing to help myself. I took Tonolin CLA x 2 months but it seemed it only caused flabby fat around my abdomen even though the numbers on the scale stayed the same. Since I stopped taking it (2 weeks) the numbers on the scale have gone up 6#. I eat healthy, exercise and work full time.I am a 53 year old otherwise healthy female who has nothing to be depressed about. Thank-you for your help.  Sunshine

That forum only takes so many new questions per day, so you may have to try a few times to get your questions posted.
