Chest Pains, Shortness of Breath and arm pain OH MY!

Hi. About 5 weeks ago I went on a walk started having chest pressure, but it would leave a couple hours later. I did this for 3 days in row (walk) on the 3rd day it didn't leave. Then is started going into my arm (arm pain) left. However, also right. I had just before that had a echocardiogram to make sure my heart looked okay, it did. So, this all started. I went to the ER. EKG, bloodwork and Chest x-ray. Everything looked good. As the weeks progressed I also started getting burping (with reflux) pretty bad. When all this started I had just upped my medication from 50mcgs of levothyroxine to 62.5.  Two days ago I went to my family doc he did not think it was my heart due to my test all looking good as well as my age. I just turned 26, he said it was very unlikely. (Which I tend to agree to) I have no history of heart disease or heart defects of any kind. Anyways, two days ago I also started getting chest pains...dull, deep pain, not sharp or severe. Just moderate and dull. Arm pain continued and I've also been short of breath. Went to the ER Again. EKG, bloodwork and chest x-ray (different ER room too) all looked good. Again, doc said not likley my heart. Perhaps a chest wall strain. ???
So..............I started thinking today. That perhaps with Hashimotos (which I was diagnosed with) I swung into HYPER...I did up my dose. The tests look good.  Now I was diagnosed with a slight slipping hiatal hernia and I know that can cause chest discomfort, etc. So, my family doc put me on Dexilant (acid reducer) and he said it takes a couple of days to work. This will be day 3 on it. The pain is going into my back and chest.

So Hiatal hernia?
or Hashis?
Highly doubt its my heart.

Thanks. God bless.

Okay, after 3 ER trips and lots and lots of bloodwork. I found out that my TSH is at 5.90!!!!! Which might be the explanation as to why my chest has been hurting and I've had flip-flips and shortness of breath, etc. For some reason I attributed all of these to HYPER...but apparently they can by HYPO as well. UGH! Comments are more than welcome! LOL
