Confused on Thyroid Ultrasound

Latest results from endo says a recent ultrasound of the neck reveals a 6 x 4mm residual thyroid tissue in the R Bed but no other abnormality..In particular this is no pathological lymphadenopathy. Updated blood tests show satisfactory TSH and negative thyroid antibodies..

What does a residual thyroid tissue mean and what is a R Bed?

Had TT operation on 2006..- multifocal microscopic papillary thyroid cancer.
Is this recurrent pap thyroid cancer?

Thyroid bed is a term for the place where thyroid is used to be; the remainder is not necessary new growth, it is left-over 'stump' of the thyroid [right lobe]
