Cortisol

My saliva test for cortisol came back

  8 am  41  elevated    (normal 14-23)
11 am    1  depressed (normal 5-10)
4 pm    <1 depressed (normal  3-8)
11pm      6 elevated     (normal 1-4)

My TSH was 89, normal end range is 82.  My free t3 and t4 were in normal range. My Dr isn't too concerned, doesn't want me to supplement during the day, rather to take phosphodytl serine at night.  I'm worried about adrenal fatigue, or Cushings or Addison's-any suggestions?

I am High too at 8am at 32 (I think) do not have the numbers in front of me.
By 12, I am normal.
By 4, I am at 0.
By nighttime still at 0.

Have not been successful at losing weight because of it.  I have signed up for a special program.  A doctor is working with me to detox my system with special protein shake and special supplements, including special tests.

I am eating Turkey, Chicken, Fish, Bison, all vegs. except tomato, and all fruits, every 2 hours.  My lunch bag is huge.  Much greater quanities than I was eating before.  I am drinking 1/2 my body weight in water, and taking a probiotic and grapefruit seed extract as bottle recommends.

It seems to be working... My weight is going down and I am not exercising.   The plan is customized for each patient.

Oh, okay.  Don't know anything about that.  Was REALLY confused why that wasn't an issue. =)

Would still go to an endo.  He/she may want to do an ACTH test for Addison's or more likely tests for Cushing's, that's the way I'm reading this anyway, but of course I'm no dr.  Just know I wouldn't just accept it like this without more info.

It's the saliva measure of TSH. Blood measure was 1.2 I think

That cannot be your correct TSH.  Unless you are from somewhere other than U.S. and I don't understand how they measure it.  89?

Would see an endo about the cortisol.  Sounds like you need more tests done for adrenal function than just that one.
