Could this be my thyroid?

Hello, I was wondering if you all think that this is a lump on my neck or is this my imagination? I am hypo was dx this past June.

Here are my number with ranges :
June...
TSH..4.84...range..0.450-4.500
free T4..0.90..range..0.82-1.77
T3 ..212...range..71-180

Doctor gave me .25 mcg of Levothyroxine.

July...
TSH..3.040....range..0.450-4.500

Now I no I need to get other tests done including antibodies, FT3 ..etc...

Back in Aug. I went to my Endo , he did a sonogram found that I was swollen in my left lobe, I dont have the right side due to a nodule. He increased my levothyroxine (.50mcg ) and said to take Advil and also said the swelling should go down. Well it hasnt 3 weeks later I went back to him and now he wants me to have it removed.

I just want to know if you see a lump or is it my imagination...(see picture)

I also know that I need to get more blood tests..Im over~due. I am waiting to get this taken care of.
