Diagnosing Hypothyroid

I am a 43yo female. I have gained about twenty five pounds in the last year in spite of increased exercise and no changes to diet. I am also feeling pressure in my neck (beneath and to the right of my adam's apple when I lay down at night.) This doesn't interfere with breathing but does make it uncomfortable to sleep on my back or my left side. I have had recently had a thyroid ultrasound and CT of the neck which were both determined to be normal. Other bothersome symptoms include fatigue, mental fogginess, dry skin and treatment resistant constipation for which no other cause has been determined. I have also taken an antidepressant for many years due to a history of major depression.  At the time the CT scan was ordered, my TSH was 1.13 and my T4 Free is .75. My questions are: Is there additional thyroid testing I should look into? Is it possible that I could have a thyroid issue given the information I have provided?

I appreciate any information you are able to provide.

The range seems to depend on the lab running the test. My lab said normal starts at .59, but I did an internet search that shows .8 as normal per several other reliable sources. Thank you for your reply.

What lab range was used for the Free T4?  According to my ranges with Quest, you are below normal range.
