This past week I have fainted twiceTwice-a-day and been seen both times at a hospital (1 admission, 1 ER visit). I have been told that I have DiastolicBlood pressureDysfunctionBasal ganglia dysfunction Carpal tunnel syndrome Causes of sexual dysfunction Chronic fatigue syndrome Dysfunctional uterine bleeding (dub) Ear barotrauma Erection problems Female sexual dysfunction Femoral nerve dysfunction Orgasmic dysfunction Sciatica, Hypertension, PSVT, Edema. and Hyperthyroidism. I was seen today in my Cardiologist office by his CRNP and lab work was drawn for dosage of Synthroid. I feel like I have a knife going through my chest, shortness of breathBreath alcohol test Breath holding spell Breath odor, and profuse sweatingSweating Sweating - absent. Edema has decreased by 6 pounds since D/C from hospital two weeks ago (my weight had increased from 154 to 180) within about 3 weeks. All other testing of heart function are "normal". Metroprolol was D/C's months ago due to bronchospasm, now I am taking Bystolic 2.5mg BID. During the day my BP and heart rate are good, at night my heart rate increases between 90 and 130. Other medications in Clonazapam 1mg TID, Ativan 1mg PRN, Synthroid 50mcg QD, Laxis 40mg BID, Hydrocodene 7.5mg PRN, and Maxide 37.5-25mg. I am under a tremendous amount of stress (job loss after 23 years due to FMLA, disabled husband (Vietnam Era, PTSD, Back Injury due to paratrooper and BiPolar Disorder), son in USAF deployed to Germany. I sought therapy for Anxiety several months ago however therapist discontinued due to SVT, chest pain, and difficulty breathing during sessions. I feel caught in a cycle between my physical health and emotional health. The CRNP suggested I return to therapy, Therapist indicated until medical issues more controlled therapy is not possible. I currently have no income coming into my home and no health insurance.
