Do you know the TSH range?

HI i had done a test for thyriod free triiodothyronine [FT3] and free thyroxine [FT4] my free [FT3] was 2.94, and Free [FT4] was 1.14, and my TSH was 6.18 am i diognised with hypothyriodism

with a tsh of 6.18, yes you are sufferring from hypothyroidism but it would be wise to also check for antibodies for hashimotos.
Ask your Doctor to run this blood test then you will know for sure whether your thyroid is just inflammed or if you have the Autoimmune Disease hashimotos.
The Doctor can then treat the Hypothyroidism from there.
