Doctors not sure what is wrong with me

I have gained alot of weight, my hair tangles now, my body hair is not growing as fast as it use to;my knees to my ankles ache,my skin is dry;my Thyroid blood test shows normal, the Thyroid Ultr Scan and Ultra Sound shows a elogated right side Thyroid Gland. There is a swelling in my neck on the right side. My doctors says I do not see a specialist due to my horomone is normal. Oh my hips and lower back hurts really bad but I am not sure if this is related. Could this be my thyroid?

Hi ** and welcome! What were your most recent thyroid lab results? Normal doesn't always mean normal and they also have new TSH ranges as well. If you didn't get a copy of your labs, get one and then post the results here with the lab ranges as well. Then we can comment on them. Sometimes regular md's don't know the proper ranges for thyroid labs. Look forward to seeing them! :)
