If you are on prescription hydrocortisone, in a very small replacement doses, the tests will not be affected.
Here is a quote from endocrinology.org:
"Glucocorticoids inhibit T4 to T3 conversion and inhibit TSH release (> 20 mg/d prednisone, > 100 mg/d hydrocortisone, > 4 mg/d dexamethasone)."
I doubt you are this high a dose for your adrenals. What dose are you on?
In fact, gettting your adrenals back in shape is recommended before starting thryoid hormone replacement meds.
Taking B vitamins will not affect the thyroid testing. It would only cause the levels of the b vitamins to be increased.
Since you had started adrenal support I do know it will effect your labs. Alos if you are taking any B supplements that will also effect lab work.
