Dr. says one thing.....

I am soooo confused on this issue. I had half my thyroid removed in 03.  My Dr. Says I have Depression, I say that because he changed my meds it's due to that.  I have been on 137 mcg of levothyroxine and 50 mcg of cytomel for 2 years and felt great. He recently re-ran blood work and said I needed to cut back.  He lowered me to 173 mcg of levo and 25 of cytomel.  All my previous symtoms returned and I feel like ****.  So I switched to 137 mcg AND .50 mcg of levo.  AND 25 mcg of cytomel and it doesn't seem to help.  Last blood work numbers were, according to the DR.  were:

TSH 0.1
T4  7.0
T3 241
These are what he gave me please help to tell me if my old dose was right, or should I go with the new dose he prescribed me.???!!!
I am very frustrated.  I don't think I am depressed.  I really think it's thyroid.
Thank you

How long has it been since the doctor changed your meds?  Also, it's not clear to me what dosage of each you are currently taking.

Ranges

TSH  0.1
T4     4.5-12.5
T3     80-220

I can't see how 241, only slightly elevated, to me, can make that much of a difference to take me off a med that is working well for me.

Please post the reference ranges that go with the T4 and T3 results.
