Dx with. Hypothyroid x 18yrs
I have been taking meds for hypothyroid x 18 years but
my systems seem to be getting worse more tired, forgetful etc..
couple of days ago my labs read tsh 0.54 low and t4 free 2.1 high
Why is one high and the other result, low can you please explain?

If your frees are out of range (high) and your TSH is getting low: it would appear you are moving into hyperthyroidism.
