ENT called after I called of course. FNA

I had to call myself and lied saying I received a call on my caller ID from this office. Was it from the doctor I was waiting to call me back from last week? Of course when I made that call I did have to leave a message with the nurse b/c they didn't know what I was talking about. At 12 noon he finally returned my call and said (as he saif LAST TUESDAY) that FNA is to be scheduled. I asked why we needed to wait so long since my appointment Tuesday when that was orginally discussed. What did waiting a week provide to you looking at the films that delayed me getting in for that all inclusive FNA??

No answer. So now I wait for the hospitol to call and schedule me for it. I am at THEIR beck'n call though not my jobs (which will allow me to pay there bill anyway)
