Elevated Calcium Level and Normal PTH

My doc said I have high levels of calcium in the blood and my parathyroids are functioning normally..
Currently take levothyroxine for my thyroid taken out due to pap Thyroid cancer..3 years ago
Tg (thyroilogublin) 0.5 which is indectable  my thyroid levels -
Tsh 0.18 ( 0.4- 4.0 )
and Free T4 = 24.0 (9 -19)

What signs and symptoms do you look out for with high calcium? Some fatigue, but otherwise ok..

Ditto to what Laura said. In normal functioning, if your calcium level is high, your PTH level should be low, and vice-versa. All the parathyroids do are regulate calcium so, if there is too much present in your blood, normally the PTH production cuts back, letting the calcium levels return to a "happy place" (normal ranges). There is something driving the calcium level up and preventing the PTH from responding. By the way, what was your PTH and calcium level?
Please go to Parathyroid.com and read -it has TONS of info about hypercalcemia and its symptoms, as well as parathyroid disease and some other possibilities. Hypercalcemia is exactly what brought me here to begin asking questions and I discovered I had a parathyroid tumor (not cancer and only a big deal if you don't get it removed). I recall my most troublesome symptoms were a rapid pulse, chronic heartburn, headaches, muscle and joint pain (especially hips/back) and feeling so very very tired all the time. I also had 7 kidney stones in two years and, just before I had surgery, my gut hurt constantly and I was urinating about every 30 mins 24 hrs a day.
Hypercalcemia affects people differently and some can be super sick at barely elevated levels, whereas some can seem to tolerate much higher. Whatever the cause, you are getting the "blow off" from your Dr.
My advice? -Get copies of ALL your labs, find an endocrinologist (or a different one of this Dr is one) and get to the bottom of your issue. the sooner, the better. Good luck and I hope you get on the road to better health soon! ;) ~MM

Here are some results

Parathyroid Hormone: 3.3 pmol/l ( 1.7 - 7.3 )
Calcium                    2.58 mmol/l  (2.10- 2.55 ) H
Adjusted Calcium      2.40 mmol/l  (2.10 -2.55)
Albumin                      48 g/l (38- 52)

So do I have mild hypercalcemia?

Or is it my levothyroxine Free T4 (24.0) driving this?

You should NEVER have a high level of calcium if everything is normal. Please seek a second opinion if your doctor is not willing to figure this out.
Google for a list of symptoms from high calcium levels....or parathyroid disease. Maybe this will help you to see if you are having any other symptoms.
