Levels may rise during pregnancy if you are hypothyroid- looks like this may be the case.
TSH is not always a routine test, or you have had it done in the past and it was normal.
Call the doctor as soon as you can. Treatment is safe and a good idea, especially when pregnant. The normal T4 is a good sign.
