Enlarged Lymph Nodes

Hi,

I have Hashimoto's and I am on 75 mcg of eutirox for a week now. I also have a lymph node under my jaw for a few days now. I went to a doctor and done some blood tests and she gave me an antibiotic and said to come back in 14 days to see if it's still there. My question is - could the lymph node be related to my thyroid problems? This is the second time I had an enlarged lymph node on my neck in the last year (the last time it was on the side of my neck). I've done an ultrasound of my thyroid the doctor said I didn't have any nodules but that I do have hypo echoic fields but didn't say that anything is particularly wrong.
My TPO are 443.8 U/ml now (they were 1000 in May); my TSH is 1.03 nmol/L and FT3 4.0 pmol/L and FT4 19.5 pmol/L.

Thank you

Hello, I have had thyroid dieses for about 7 years now , but in the last year my primary finally referred me to see a endo. Since he was not able to stabilize my TSH level. My joints became inflamed and painful all the time now. The endorphins diagnosed me with Hashi's and once again my synchronise was adjusted, and now I just recently have swollen lymph nodes on my jaw line. Endorphins told me there is nothing he can do about the pain in joints, but learn better pain management! My question is are the lymph nodes associated with the hashi's?
