Enlarged Thyroid

I am a 25 yr. old male and recently visited my doctor because of a lump in the right side of my throat. I noticed this when I swallow and have had some difficulties swallowing. I had seen a doctor at least 7 yrs ago about the same lump and he wrote it of as just an enlarged gland and not to worry about it. So now I am worried. I had an ultrasound done and the findings are as follows: Thyroid very asymmetric in appearance. Right lobe measures 4.9x1.8x1.7cm. No obvious focal mass but is quite enlarged and slightly heterogeneous. The isthmus is thick in the right side and thins towards the middle and the left side. Left lobe measures only 2.4x0.6x1cm in size and it contains a small 7mmx5mm cyst. My PCP had informed me that they really didn't find anything but my own review of the report has me worried. My THS bloodwork came back in normal range. What does this mean?

This assymetry can point to one-sided thyroiditis , but would suggest to see thyroidologist not just plain endo for evaluation.
