I am a 25 yr. old male and recently visited my doctor because of a lumpLumps in the breasts in the right side of my throatCancer - throat or larynx Throat swab culture. I noticed this when I swallow and have had some difficulties swallowingPainful swallowing Swallowing difficulty. I had seen a doctor at least 7 yrs ago about the same lumpLumps in the breasts and he wrote it of as just an enlargedEnlarged adenoids Enlarged prostate gland and not to worry about it. So now I am worried. I had an ultrasound done and the findings are as follows: Thyroid very asymmetric in appearance. Right lobe measures 4.9x1.8x1.7cm. No obvious focalFocal neurological deficits mass but is quite enlarged and slightly heterogeneous. The isthmus is thick in the right side and thins towards the middle and the left side. Left lobe measures only 2.4x0.6x1cm in size and it contains a small 7mmx5mm cyst. My PCP had informed me that they really didn't find anything but my own review of the report has me worried. My THS bloodwork came back in normal range. What does this mean?
