Enlarging Lobes

I was diagnosed with Hashimoto and multi nodular goiter back in 2002. I am on Synthroid 88. I am concerned about my thyroid that has been gradually getting bigger. I am having confidence issues with my current specialist. They tell me that nothing has changed, but clearly I can see that the size of each lobe has almost double in size in the last year and a half. I recently spoke with them again regarding the size of each lobe and I am waiting to hear back. What are my options?
Here are the results from the last couple of sonograms I have had:
Jan 07 – Left lobe 4.8, Right lobe 5.0. The biggest nodule was 1.4
Dec 07 - Left lobe 7.6, Right lobe 8.1. The biggest nodule was 1.6
Aug 08 - Left lobe 9.0, Right lobe 9.1. The biggest nodule was 1.3
My latest blood work (Aug 08):
Free T4 – 1.34
TSH .3

You may need to request blood test for TSI antibodies to rule out Graves disease;
as this may cause goiter development, you alsomay need to switch to the low iodine diet, if tested positively for Grave's disease
