FNA biopsy results

The doctor called with my biopsy results this morning.  He said that my nodule is completely benign!  He took six or seven(I lost count!) needle samples and they all showed normal thyroid cells.  I am sooooo relieved!  I have a follow up appt next summer for an ultrasound to be sure the nodule hasn't changed any, but for now I am so happy.  Thank you all for the tips and advice and encouraging words these last few weeks.  I really appreciate it.  I will continue to keep you all in my thoughts and prayers.  I hope all of your thyroid journeys end with good results and that God gives you the patience and strength to get there!
