Feeling Hung over, Couldy mind, and no energy

I am 19 years old and have no energy during the day. every morning i wake up feeling hungover when i haven't had any alcohol. also i can never get less then 12 hours of sleep, i set my alarm to get 8 hours but i can never get up unless i get 12. i really want to figure out whats wrong with me and i went to the doctors and got blood work done and they told me there was nothing wrong. I do hit the gym hard 3-2 times a week but i dont know if that's can cause any problems.  also when i wake up i feel like my head has a slight headache and almost cloudy. Anyone have any idea what could be wrong with me?

Your symptoms sound like they could be what is commonly known as hypothyroidism.  Let's start with a look at your thyroid tests that were deemed as "nothing wrong".  That can be a result of not doing adequate testing, or not understanding the implications of the test results.  

Please post your thyroid test results and, if possible, their reference ranges shown on the lab report.     Also, if there were any other tests done to try and determine cause for your need for excessive sleep and lack of energy, please post those test results as well..
