I was prescribed Synthroid many years ago. At the time, my doctor informed not to take the generic form of Synthroid. I recently switched pharmacists who prescribed a generic form, LevothyroxineLevothyroxine Levothyroxine sodium. After a few days of taking the medication, I noticed I had become extremely fatigued all day long and have also recently noticed irritability. Could these symptoms be caused by taking the generic form of the medication?
Make the pharmacist give you Synthroid.
