Since I don't know the actual cause of the ear/jaw pain, I can't make any suggestions, except maybe an OTC pain med, but you should talk to your doctor about it.
Got ya!
He did not give me any numbers or explain any of the terminologies that I am reading about here. I am doing research and trying to learn all the jargon.
Presently I have contact an excellent doctor. Thanks for your replies
Meanwhile, any suggestions about the ear and jaw?

What blood tests did you have done? What were the actual results? And be sure to include reference ranges, which vary from lab to lab so must come from your own report.
If the pain is that great and your doctor won't help you, you might need to look for another doctor.
I got my thyroid blood test and scan. Blood test said everything was normal. Scan showed Multinodular Goiter. The Dr. said to wait 6-8 months to see if there is any changes. Meanwhile my ear and jaw is very painful. Sometimes my shoulder near the neck joins in just for fun. Swallowing is sometimes hard and choaking on food is alarming.

A goiter is a swollen, inflamed thyroid. It could be putting pressure on something in your neck that causes the ear/jaw pain. You should get it checked out.
